Accompanied by his “wonder-horse Scout and dog-pal Rex”, rodeo star Jack Hoxie plays a rancher who rounds up 10,000 wild horses so he can afford to propose to his sweetheart, Jessie Hayden (played by a young Fay Wray). But his rival for Jessie’s affections has plans of his own and they don’t include Jack achieving his goals…
